1  Pricing

All of our products are individually priced on their respective item details. Prices displayed on product pages are the price customers pay, there is no further calculations afterwards for tax purposes.  

2  Credit card details

All of our payments are handled by Paypal externally to our site, ASE Awards also use paypal to take credit card details for direct payments on our website. We have not and will never store your credit card details on our site. As soon as your card details are sent on to the Paypal payment portal we always destroy your card details. We also have the facility to take card details over the telephone, using Paypal. We do not retain your card details using this method. 11 Time Sensitive Discount Offers

From time to time ASE Awards offer special discount deals on their website. These offers are strictly on an ad hoc basis and do not for any part of a regular discount scheme. ASE Awards will notify customers of any discounts offered by placing a notice on their homepage, using social media to publicise the offer or publicising the offer on their mailing list. The discount can only be taken at the checkout by entering an authorised discount code supplied by ASE Awards. In order to obtain a discount code, customers must email ASE Awards in the first instance. ASE Awards will then supply a discount code to the customer by email.

12 Lead Time for Processing of Orders

12.1  Whilst we aim to give the most efficient service that we can to our customers, due to the nature of our products we will turn orders around within 4 working days, at times this lead time will be reduced. If for any reason we cannot fulfil this timeframe we will email customers to let them know if there is a delay in processing their order.
12.2   Whilst we make every effort to fulfil customers orders within the prescribed processing time of 4 working days, we will always attempt to process a customer's order faster should their event dictate that a faster turnaround time be required. This can however only be fulfilled when we are informed of such a time sensitive order. Please use the comments box in the checkout process to tell us of any time related issues for your order. For example if your event is to take place less that 2 weeks from placing your order.
